Letter of Intent and Agreement
I __________________________________________, agree to participate in the “ART WORKS FOR HUMANITY” plein air art event sponsored by the Habitat For Humanity of Waldo County, 93 High Street, Belfast, Maine 04915 at my own risk.
Further, I acknowledge full responsibility and liability for my artwork and hold the Habitat for Humanity, Belfast in its entirety harmless for any damage or liability that may occur during the plein air event on and off of the Habitat For Humanity of Belfast grounds and Belfast Boathouse.
Moreover, Habitat For Humanity has permission to move my artwork as needed for the purpose of a public exhibit, photography, Reception and the Live Auction fundraiser.
